If your computer can’t restart because the DLL file is missing and you want to install it on the computer, once you install the DLL file on your computer it will show up as a zip folder right click on the zip folder and extract all options there are to cases according which you put the install DLL file on window 10 & 11:-

:- third party program causing DLL to file error

If the window causing the error then open file explorer and go to this path C:\windows\system32 copy and past missing DLL file there and restart your computer

In case third party software like adore or game is causing then right-click on the app executable file appears on the desktop open file location copy and paste the DLL file in the program installation folder
